Remixer is a simple to use program that does a nice job of making MP3 files
back into WAV format ( PCM 44,100hz stereo 16 bit ) which you can then remix
back to other WAV formats or re encode if you wish back into MP3 again using a
different bit rate. You can also often correct problems with Winamp encoded
MP3 downloads that do not play on Windows Media Player or other MP3 players. (
saves downloading them again from another source. ) Works for me on Win9x and
